Founder
Barry established the practising firm in 1999 after working for the Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”), Hong Kong listed commercial and manufacturing groups as well as an accounting firm. He has profound knowledge and over 30 years’ solid experience in serving clients range from Small and Medium-sized Entities to Multinational Corporations as well as Charities in the areas of auditing, accounting, taxation, finance and advisory, and is well-versed in the practice of the IRD, the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards and Standards on Auditing.
Mr. Cyril Hung (FCCA)
Consultant of Tax Services
Cyril is responsible for tax compliance, advisory and planning for our clients’ businesses and expatriates in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific region. Cyril has over 30 years of solid tax experience in Hong Kong and China, gained through the IRD, an international big-4 accounting firm, a Hong Kong listed property group, and a large international electronics group. He has a thorough understanding of the relevant tax law and cases.
Ms. Elaine Tong (CPA, FCCA)
Head of Tax Services
Elaine specializes in providing Hong Kong tax compliance, tax audit as well as advisory services in relation to restructuring, due diligence, complicated enquiries from the IRD, etc. to a wide spectrum of clients in various industries. She developed to a senior manager position in an international big-4 accounting firm before joining us and has over 20 years’ solid tax experience.

Eliza specializes in Hong Kong general tax compliance and tax consulting services to clients in various industries and has extensive experiences in handling tax matters of multinational corporations. She has over 20 years of solid tax experience in an international big-4 accounting firm before joining us.

Fai specializes in providing audit, financial due diligence and internal control review services. He gained audit experience in different types of audit engagements including Hong Kong Based NGOs and other special audit engagements. He has over 15 years of solid audit experience from local firms.

Phoebe specializes in providing corporate secretarial consultation, corporate structuring, due diligence, compliance and corporate governance matters. She has over 18 years of the relevant experience from private commercial companies and professional firms before joining us.
